Terms and conditions of entry

Please read these terms and conditions carefully – any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is considered invalid and ineligible. By clicking on the ‘I agree to the terms and conditions’ box on the new member registration page, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions of entry and agree to abide by them.

  1. The promoter is Luna Group Pty Ltd, ACN 131437306, Level 3, 50 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000, 1300 19 19 99.

  2. To be eligible to participate in the draw, entrants must complete the online registration form and acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions.

  3. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age in order to be eligible to enter the draw.

  4. Entrants are only able to register once; multiple registrations will not be accepted for one individual. More than one registration per family is acceptable, providing each registration is for an eligible adult.

  5. No employee, contractor, supplier or affiliate of Luna Group Pty Ltd will be eligible to enter the draw.

  6. There will be four (4) draws of AUD$500 each held on 30 September 2010, 31 December 2010 31 March 2011 and 30 June 2011.

  7. Registration for the first prize draw will commence on 30 September 20100.

  8. Each draw will take place at 12 noon, at Level 3, 50 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

  9. To qualify for a draw, members must have registered at least 48 hours prior to the date of the draw. Once registered, entrants will be eligible for each subsequent draw – no re-registration is necessary.

  10. In the event of an entrant winning a prize draw, they will no longer be eligible for entry to subsequent draws.

  11. The winner of each draw will be notified by telephone (where a contact telephone number has been provided) or by email if no contact telephone number has been given, within two (2) business days of the draw taking place. Prize winners will also be announced on the Your Family Your Money website (www.yourfamilyyourmoney.com) and will be identified by first name and state of residence only.

  12. If the prize winner remains uncontactable and does not claim the prize within three (3) months redraws will be held at 12 noon on 31 December 2010 (for September 2010 draw), 31 March 2011 (for December 2010 draw), 30 June 2011 (for March 2011 draw) and 30 September 2011 (for 30 June 2011 draw). Redraw prize winners will be notified within two (2) business days of the draw taking place by phone (if telephone contact details have been provided) or by email of no telephone contact number has been given. Redraw prize winners will also be announced on the Your Family Your Money website (www.yourfamilyyourmoney.com) and will be identified by first name and state of residence only.

  13. Prizes will be distributed to the winners in the form of a business cheque, payable to the winner only and issued by Luna Group Pty Ltd. Cheques will be issued to the winners within six (6) weeks of winners being notified.

  14. Any ruling on any draw will be made by the Commissioner of Luna Group Pty Ltd and will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

  15. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, Luna Group Pty Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion and, subject to the approval of those authorities which have issued permits for the conduct of this competition, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. 

  16. The final date and time that registration will qualify for entry to a prize draw is 12 noon, 29 June 2011. Any entry received after this time will be ineligible for entry to the draw, including any redraw that may be necessary.
