The best way I have found, in terms of accountability is to blog my way through my spending and saving journey. It came as a complete surprise to me ( don't know why- I am reasonably intelligent ) that there were so many others blogging their journeys. I do the same and it has been the single most effective tool ( except for the Luna's materials of course ) in helping me squash spending and start saving.

Do any readers have any good blog addresses they are interested in sharing ? I will share mine if you ask, but choose not to initially as I am not simply writing this to promote my blog. It is not a money making blog as such, simply a journal of my thoughts, ideas and expressions.
